We all awoke having been bitten aggressively on our neck by some mosquitoes, but none could be seen in the house... With this mystery unsolved and further food, Black Mamba was taken out by rally driver Milán for a quick spin, which involved multiple handbrake turns, resulting in a change of underwear. With his new cycling shorts, we departed. After 5 km the first puncture struck, and a nasty one it was for Daddy Long Legs. A change-over that Formula 1 would be proud of, we were back pedalling putting fear into Hungarian drivers/pedestrians/cyclists/military/civil service/anyone to cross our path. The boys were back in town and rolling with some serious pace! Before Giro del Mondo caught up with the Tour de France, lunch in accidentally the wrong village that was way off course was consumed. The sails were adjusted and the course re-aligned we approached Gyor. However, further confusion at the healm resulted in Black Mamba being felled and another puncture to Potter that nearly required involvement from the Gyor Government or at least Decathlon which was luckily within walking distance from the upturned bike. However, things improved with a racing backdrop of a setting sun, sunflowers and upturned dust set alight by the golden rays. The final destination was finally reached with the KP grilling the evening meal, captain frying and Cherri cutting at a peaceful riverside campsite.
